COVEY HILL

This blonde lager is inspired by the scenic beauty of Covey Hill Road, produced with 100% Quebec agricultural ingredients, including ingredients from our farm. 4%

Franklin pale ale

This Amercian style pale ale is a lighter version of an IPA. 5%

CHERRY & PEAR

Sour beer made with local pear juice from Domaine des Salamandres and cherries. 5%

RASPBERRY RHUBARB

This perfect summertime beer uses local raspberries and rhubarb from Restaurant Gary’s and Maison Sivo. 5%

MEXICAN LIME LAGER

Our corn lager is a perfect summer drink, to enjoy at a barbecue, by the pool or whenever you apply sunscreen. We added lime for a zest of tangy flavour. 4%

GRAPEFRUIT BELGIAN BLANCHE

We have modified the traditional Belgian white recipe by adding grapefruit, giving our beer the perfect citrus accents. 4%

KAIMISKAS ALUS

This blonde beer is not boiled, but produced with a hop tea and fermented with a Lithuanian yeast called Javoru. Kaimiskas alus means “country beer.” Brewed with pale malt from Innomalt in Sherbrooke and hops from Brasseur de Rang in Ormstown. 5%

IRISH POTATO STOUT

Introducing our Irish Stout made with locally grown Quebec potatoes, bringing a unique nuance to the tradition. Be swept away by its rich, creamy texture and robust flavour, where the earthiness of the potatoes perfectly complements this malty stout. 4%

LIVINGSTONE CIDER

This dry cider uses honey crisp apple juice from Verger Petch Orchards. 6.5%
